Embrace Your Crowen is my love letter to every Black girl who has ever dimmed her light to make others comfortable. In these pages, I share stories, journal prompts, and hard-won lessons that helped me move from shame to self-respect, from shrinking to standing tall. Girls read it and start wearing their natural hair with pride, speaking up in class, and setting boundaries that honor their worth.
