I created my Building Self-Confidence sessions for the young person who has started to shrink back in class, at home, or around friends. In these workshops, I gently walk youth through real-life exercises that help them speak up, set boundaries, and see their own strengths on paper. I remember one quiet 8th grader who would barely look up at first; by the final week she stood and read her own poem to the group, voice steady, eyes shining. Each activity is simple, practical, and rooted in self-worth, so teens leave with tools they can use the next time doubt tries to whisper that they are not enough.
